Enspark's mission is to help and guide youth to reach their full potential. We are using technology to equip today's youth with practical and useful skills to solve the problems of 21st century. Our approach focuses on developing interest and motivation in youths to constantly learn and collaborate so that they can successfully navigate their own future. We aspire to work towards a hamornious Malaysia; a nation where work & life can be more equal organically.
Ivan has been mentoring/ tutoring teenagers and youths for the past 12 years in academics and well, life in general. He pursued careers in two different engineering fields, and is now focusing his efforts in making education work for others. Ivan is passionate about the role education plays in reaching social justice, and is convicted to save youths from getting trapped in a unsatisfying careers. In his free time, Ivan reads self-help books and theorycrafts about board games strategies.
Khing is passionate about getting to know others and what makes them "tick". A fanatic of distant cultures, Khing has been organizing foreign student exchange programs for 6 years. Oh, and let's not forget that he develops apps for international education institutes and book authors.
Students thrive when they understand why they learn. Motivating students have always been the core of what we do at Enspark. We've helped students ranging from individuals to public schools alike to build confidence, appreciate and enjoy learning. One of our ideas was even recognized as winners of the first ever Edutech Startup Weekend Malaysia.
